It's a little early for strawberries but when it's time here's a little trick to clean them before making your jam .... I can't wait for summer as I sit and look out at the cold. I don't think it will ever come <3

Pea Salad.....

Frozen Peas , Cheese, bacon and Mayo makes a wonderful salad <3

Making Egg Rolls Today :)

Start with egg roll wrappers...

Now mix hamburger garlic lots of garlic

Celery salt... Fry then add chopped cabbage and carrots....

Add the mixture to wrappers and roll up.....

This is a wonderful spice I like to add while I'm frying my burger. Now that you have them all rolled
Just fry to golden brown. In separate bowls you need soy sauce , sweet and sour and Hot Chinese mustard and enjoy <3

Pickled Beets ....

Moms recipe is 1cup water, 1cup sugar and one cup vinegar and you've got refrigerator beets <3
